im having a two period food and nutrition lesson now. yet to get my textbook and apparently i have no writing materials with me now therefore i gotta jot everything down here.

F 'n' N mid years on the 17th april.
On unit 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 and 12.
TA identify the keywords and elaborate each unit.

Research.. (hand in next week!)
- white meat / red meat
- nutritive content of the meat
- how to tenderise meat
- effects of heat on meat (proteins)
- how to store meat
- methods of cooking meat

Recipes..
2 meat dishes. 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Ingredients list, equipment list, practical time plan and 2 recipes tomorrow.
bring diskette for the three period lesson tomorrow.
